People’s Bill of Rights 2012
Rise up America and take back
your country!
By Daniel J. Praz
So that Congress cannot grant themselves
special privileges, retirement accounts,
health care for life or any other such
rewards:
28th Amendment to the United States
Constitution
"Section 1: Congress shall make no law that
applies to the citizens of the United States
that does not apply equally to all branches
of government including the Legislative,
Executive and the Judicial Branches.
Section 2: Congress shall make no law that
applies to any part or whole of all branches
of government including the Legislative,
Executive and the Judicial Branches that
does not apply equally to the citizens of
the United States."
So that those elected make room for new
representatives of the people to keep
government fresh, alive and vital as we move
through the 21st century:
29th Amendment to the United States
Constitution
"No person shall be elected to the House of
Representative more than 4 times. No person
shall be elected to the Senate more than 2
times.”
So that Congress and the President spend no
less than what is taken in:
30th Amendment to the United States
Constitution
"Section 1: Prior to each fiscal year, the
Congress shall adopt a statement of receipts
and outlays for that year in which total
outlays are no greater than total receipts.
The Congress may amend such statement
provided revised outlays are not greater
than revised receipts. The Congress and the
President shall ensure that actual outlays
do not exceed the outlays set forth in such
statement.
Section 2: The Congress may not require that
the states engage in additional activities
without compensation equal to the additional
costs.
Section 3: Total receipts shall include all
receipts of the United States except those
derived from borrowing and total outlays
shall include all outlays of the United
States except those for repayment of debt
principal.
Section 4: This article shall take effect
for the second fiscal year beginning after
its ratification."
So that the country can hold the President
accountable for earmark and pork spending:
31st Amendment to the United States
Constitution
“Section 1: Congress shall clearly delineate all expenditures in any appropriation bill so that each may be approved or disapproved independently.
Section 2: The President may approve any
appropriation or provision and disapprove
any other appropriation or provision in the
same appropriation bill. In such case he
shall, in signing the bill, designate the
appropriations and provisions disapproved;
and shall return a copy of such
appropriations and provisions, with his
objections, to the House in which the bill
shall have originated; and the same
proceedings shall then be had as in case of
other bills disapproved by the President.”
If you believe in these Amendments to the
Constitution in order to protect the Freedom
of America from its politicians, then fill
out the form to JOIN US, and your name will
be added to the list below!
